Health group
The next health group initiative is a LOCAL HERBS WALK & WORKSHOP that has been arranged by member Madeleine Grove and will take place on April 2nd from 10am to 5pm - see 'Events' for full details and how to book your place.
Storyteller and Barefoot Herbalist, Ben Fairlight Edwards will take us on a local walk to discover what common plants can do for our health. From 10am - 1pm we will gather herbs for teas and medicinal applications. From 2pm-5pm we will gather herbs for skin creams and poultices. Cost: morning £20, afternoon £20; or all day £35.
